Lisa Truong Kracher, MBA, President

Lisa brings over 10 years of business development experience, process excellence, customer service, and sales to Staffing Solutions of Hawaii. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and has obtained a Master’s in Business Administration degree (MBA) with an emphasis on Health Care Management (HCM). Lisa has been successful in starting up several new businesses and improving systems and procedures with expertise in the health care industry. Her talents are unsurpassed with her passion of improving business operations and developing an excellent team who are focused on customer service and the clients' needs. She is committed to the philosophy of Staffing Solutions of Hawaii which is to stand proudly on an unshakable foundation built on trust, reliability and service. She is involved with the day to day operations and thrives on continuous improvements. Lisa is a member of the Hawaii Chapter and National member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is excited to be serving on the 2012 SHRM Board of Directors for the Legislative Committee. She is also a member of Organization of Women Leader’s (OWL). In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and two yorkies. She also enjoys going to the beach, gym, traveling, fine dining and shopping.

Alyson Emde, Staffing Manager

Alyson has a Bachelor of Science Degree at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing and also earned her Executive Master’s of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from the University of Hawaii. Prior to joining Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, Alyson worked with Capital Group also known as American Funds, as a Shareholder Account Representative. She assisted shareholders and financial advisors with their accounts, processing transactions, and consulting clients with questions regarding retirement, college saving plans, and/or company group plans. She excelled in her abilities in communication, conflict resolution, multi-tasking, and leadership. In addition, her natural assets in being goal oriented, a fast learner, and positive personality are great attributes that contribute to the success of Staffing Solutions of Hawaii. Alyson has been an excellent Staffing Manager and has lead our staffing team to reach company goals and provides ongoing training to the staff. She is responsible for the day to day operations and maintaining an outstanding company culture through the staffing team’s performance. She is highly involved in all aspects of recruitment and specializes in executive search in all industries. During her free time, Alyson enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time on the beach! In addition, she is actively involved in various community service events as well as participating in running activities.

Cassie Townsend, Contract Specialist

Cassie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Since graduating from college, Cassie has shown a strong interest in recruitment and in the various processes involved with government contracting. While a student, Cassie worked in Human Resources and in various leadership roles for non-profit organizations in Alaska. She also spent several years working as an assistant for the Anchorage School District where she utilized her compassion, knowledge of sign language, and de-escalation techniques to successfully work with children that have Autism and Down’s syndrome. Cassie’s role as a Contract Specialist at Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is multi-faceted and she is responsible for Government Contracting as well as executive search and recruiting. Cassie combines her knowledge and experience with a strong passion and sense of urgency in all that she does. Her desire to match the right person to the culture, core values, and beliefs of her clients has enabled Cassie to create lasting relationships with the clients and employees she services. Cassie is the contact person for government contracts and serves as Staffing Solutions of Hawaii’s Facility Security Officer (FSO). At her previous residence of Alaska, she was involved with the Alaska Military Youth Academy, the ARC of Anchorage. Since moving to Oahu, she is involved in Aloha United Way and is a member of Society of Young Leaders. Having volunteered with several organizations has fostered her capability in working with people from all different cultures! After living in Alaska for the past 11 years Cassie traded in her snow boots for slippers when she relocated to Oahu with her husband. They enjoy learning all about what Hawaii has to offer and now consider this to be their home.

Suzanne and Kaleo manage the accounting operations at Staffing Solutions of Hawaii. Together they have over 18 years of combined experience working at SSOH! They are responsible for payroll, invoicing, financial statements and many other tasks to keep the company compliant. Suzanne and Kaleo are detailed oriented and can manage several projects at one time. Both born and raised in Hawaii, Suzanne and Kaleo enjoy spending time with their families and being active outdoors. As part of Kaleo’s regular routine, she enjoys working out at the gym, while Suzanne prefers going on long walks in downtown Honolulu. Suzanne and Kaleo both consider SSOH their home away from home. Their dedication and experience serve as a great asset to the SSOH Team!

Mary Pattee, Board of Directors

As the former President/Owner of Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, and 40 years of experience in the staffing industry, Mary serves on the Board of Directors to provide support and advice to help fulfill Staffing Solutions of Hawaii’s vision and mission statement.

Rodney Howard, Board of Directors

As the former CFO for Staffing Solutions of Hawaii for 20 years, Rodney serves on the Board of Directors for Staffing Solutions of Hawaii to continue to contribute valuable input to ensure healthy financials for Staffing Solutions of Hawaii.
