This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.  

Position: HR Support

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $18/hour 

Experience:

1. Prior phone-servicing experience is required.
2. Prior office experience (preferably 4-6 months).

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:15pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an HR Support to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Assist HR staff and perform routine clerical duties, including but not limited to receiving incoming calls and data entry.
2. Must be comfortable managing a multi-line telephone system and providing customer service to walk-ins and over the phone.
3. Process faxes and supply requests/orders, employment verifications, bereavement gratuities, etc.
4. Support upcoming projects.
5. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
