Position: Overnight Residential Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $22/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 11:00pm to 7:30am

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Overnight Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

1. Deliver professional, hospitality-focused service to residents, guests, and visitors.
2. Monitor building access, verify authorized visitors, and maintain a strong security presence.
3. Conduct property patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and report safety or security concerns.
4. Respond to resident requests, emergencies, and incident situations; complete required documentation.
5. Manage packages, contractor access, loading dock operations, moves, and deliveries.
6. Assist with valet services, traffic flow, luggage handling, and guest escorting.
7. Support amenity areas, reservations, events, cleanliness, and work order requests.
8. Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications using radios and building systems.
9. Provide coverage across property operations as needed.

Position Requirements:   

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn property management software.
4. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; valet/driving experience preferred.
5. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
7. Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end customer service, luxury condominiums, or 4-5 star hotels preferred.
8. CPR/First Aid and Hawaii Guard Card preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire).
9. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
