Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Honolulu, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $17– $20/hour

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.

Education: High School Diploma required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am to 4:30pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Call Center Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
2. Identify the caller's needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
3. Document all call interactions in internal systems.
4. Research and resolve complex inquiries using available resources.
5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. De-escalate challenging calls and ensure resolution.
7. Meet performance metrics for call handling and accuracy.

Position Requirements:

1. Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.
2. Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
4. Strong attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Professional and customer-focused phone presence.
8. Ability to handle difficult conversations with composure.
