Up to $20/hour | Maintenance Worker | Hiring ASAP!

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.  

Position: Maintenance Worker 

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $18 to $20/hour

Experience: Previous experience in carpentry, electrical, locksmith, masonry, painting, and plumbing required.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday 

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description: 

1. Assist with carpentry, drywall repair, tiling, and masonry
2. Handle basic electrical work, light replacement, painting, and preventative maintenance checks
3. Service and repair plumbing as needed
4. Pressure wash areas and assist with groundskeeping
5. Operate and service a trash compactor and BBQ grill equipment
6. Work independently and be a team player

Position Requirements:    

1. Ability to work weekends or OT as needed
2. Familiar with various hand tools, power tools, equipment, and machinery
3. Ability to properly maintain equipment and physical structures
4. Strong problem-solving skills
5. Verbal and written communication skills required
6. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding residents, owners, guests, and staff
